The data contained in this book is essentially volumes more than what the standard personal trainer is required to know to get certified. In fact if you learn this book inside and out you might generally pass any nutrition portion of a fitness trainer exam. It will even teach you the fundamentals of cardiovascular plus exercise planning.

Most trainers charge more for 1 hour of consultation than the price of this book which is amazing because someone can get much more out of the book than they will for that time. If you want to modify your life thru nutrition plus really understanding the why and how it works then you should pick up a copy of this and invest some time in reading. The techniques you may learn through food selection will supercharge your metabolism and leave you feeling amazed at how simple it is to steadily drop body fat. When you implement the diet plans and carido plans you may double the efficiency of the fat loss.
